Whilst Real Estate has been slowing for the last 12 months, quality agents are still doing plenty of property deals according to N G Farah's Marketing Director, Glenn Farah.

Mr Farah says that "we’ve definitely experienced a softening of the Real Estate Market - some people will call it a soft landing - but the reality is that finance today is difficult to obtain from the banks and we’ve seen real estate prices peel back in recent times.

“At N G Farah our sales have been strong, resilient and our top agents continue to achieve fabulous results for their clients.”

This week, REB (Real Estate Business) listed their Top 100 Agents in Australia and N G Farah’s leading agent Cameron Airlie was listed at number 52 - 12 places up from last year.

Mr Farah goes on to say that “being ranked in the Top 100 Agents in the country is a special acknowledgment. Recently, N G Farah as a company was also listed as a national finalist for REB’s Agency Awards - in the category for Major Independent of the Year, with 4 offices or more. We are extremely pleased by this news and it demonstrates our resilience in a tougher market and our continued service to all of our client.”

N G Farah was the only New South Wales finalist shortlisted for this award, the other two were from Queensland and Victoria. The winner is announced on Thursday 19th July at REB's exclusive black-tie event in Pyrmont.

Mr Farah went on to say “that business has been strong with the acquisition of our Mascot office in late 2017 and more than 400 properties have been added to our rent roll through client referrals and our two Business Development Managers.

“Property prices are still holding in key areas as long as Vendors are well educated on current trends and have not got unrealistic expectations. Already this year we have sold well over $200,000,000 of property and adjusting to this market takes experience, confidence and a certain know how.”
