Last night the N G Farah team concluded October with a spectacular result, selling 100% of the properties listed for sale. With 5 properties offered to the market, there were some spectacular results which clearly illustrates the confidence of buyers in the current market.
Kingsford apartments continue to attract a host of buyers and this was evident with the result for a 2 bedroom dwelling at 8/48-50 Willis Street selling for $632,000. Another apartment at 10/76 Albion Street, Randwick also achieved top money on the night selling for $660,000.
With homes in Maroubra at Paine Street and Midway Drive achieving $1.75m and $1.27m respectively it's clear that the strength of the current market is not limited to apartments.
