The Late Gerry Buchan - The Ultimate Team Player

Gerardine Buchan was employed by NGFarah Real Estate from 1995 to 2002.

Gerardine formed part of our Administration & Public Relations Team.

“Gerry”, as she was affectionately known, had a passion for people and Real Estate. Gerry had the ability to make people feel special and she always did this so effortlessly and with a big, beautiful smile. Gerry was the ultimate team player at NGFarah - she always went above and beyond the call of duty for clients and her peers.

Everyone loved Gerry and that’s just the way it was. We sadly lost Gerry & her husband Steve in the Bali Bombings in 2002.

The following year, in 2003, we decided to create an Award to commemorate and honour Gerry – it is called the “Gerry Buchan Team Player Award”. Still today, this Award is considered one of the most Prestigious Awards to receive within our family operated business.

Today marks 20 years since the Bali Bombings and our hearts, love and prayers go out to the 202 people lost that night - including 88 Australians – also to their families, friends, survivors, first responders and all who have been affected... We Stand Together...
