Local Real Estate Agent Glenn Farah believes that “the Real Estate Market will bounce back now that the Federal Election is over, and people aren’t consumed with political ‘what-if’.

“The Federal Election is a major distraction and it can be confusing as Politicians have a habit of playing a doom and gloom line of rhetoric.”

On Saturday 11th May, 2019 the competition was strong at two Auctions hosted by NGFarah. A freestanding home - 9 Prince Edward Circle, Pagewood - sold for $1,925,000; approximately $100,000 over the vendor’s expectations. The second Auction was of a brand new, two-bedroom apartment on Arden Street in Coogee selling for $2,190,000.

Glenn adds that “these results display that buyer confidence is on the up as we progress through the year.

“NGFarah has noted that there is shortage of quality stock on the property market and this should make the properties that are currently listed more attractive to buyers. With interest rates still at record lows and predicted to fall even lower this year, Real Estate won’t take long to bounce back.”
