David Lee, after 15 years of hard work, commitment and loyalty has won the prestigious NGFarah Salesman of the Year Award 2018.

In a declining real estate market and set amongst one of the most competitive sales teams in the Eastern region of Sydney, Dave has clearly been NGFarah’s best performer for the year. He has set new records for suburb sales and had the ability to diversify his product knowledge which gives him a clear competitive advantage when it comes to turn over and being able to offer a comprehensive service to his clients.

He is a highly recognised residential agent first and foremost - he conducts 40-50 (approx.) residential auctions a year and boasts one of the company’s highest clearance rates.

Dave also has a clear skill set in Project Marketing and at any one time may have two or three residential projects on the market.

In 2018, Dave also conducted some major land acquisitions in Sydney’s key south east areas. He sold a site at 571-573 Gardeners Road in Mascot for $17,650,000 and also sold several shops in Kingsford for in excess of $10,000,000 – just to name a few of his key sales.
