I dont often do reveiws but I'll make an exception in this case as i was impressed with the job Joe and Tara had done. As a builder/developer I get to deal with agents both at purchase and at the sale of my properties, so I know a good agent when I encounter one.
Joe was spot on with his valuation and for better or worse told me his honest opinion throughout the selling process.
