Sales and Marketing

N G Farah Project Marketing will design, manage and implement a marketing and sales strategy suited to any new project.

N G Farah Project Marketing will offer the exclusive services of over 30 sales and support staff from each of our 6 offices in Sydney and Queensland exclusively servicing your project. This enables each project to obtain maximum exposure & maximum revenue in the shortest possible time frame. All managed 'hands on' by 4 company directors.

Display Offices

A primary localised/on site sales display centre will be established for your project in addition to  5 secondary Sales Displays at each of the N G Farah offices enabling immediate presentation to any prospective 'walk in' or 'call in' enquiry. This allows for 1 on 1 direct sales service, which is customary with N G Farah project sales.

The N G Farah Project Marketing division specialises in all types and sizes of proposed new developments throughout Australia.

There is no limitation to the services provided and a carefully designed strategy may be implemented, specifically tailored to each individual project and location. There is also provision to control various sized projects, from boutique developments comprising 4 proposed lots right through to major projects comprising several hundred lots.

Our philosophy is total commitment and dedication to every project undertaken. N G Farah will wholly embrace a project from its design stages right through to 100% sales completion and final settlement.
