Kingsford is the home base of the N G Farah group being established here for the past forty two years.

Our head office is located on the busy Anzac parade and is an imposing two storey freestanding building with 20,000 passing trade, daily. Our positioning enables us to expose our properties to an enormous market.

Maroubra

N G Farah have maintained their tradition in selling coastal property at their popular beachfront office at Maroubra Beach in the Multiplex development. Licensee in charge and director Ken Smith who has been with the N G Farah group for the past seventeen years believes there is a huge amount of opportunity in the Maroubra Beach and surrounding Markets.

Coogee

Sydney's eastern seaboard has experienced the strongest growth in the real estate market in Australia. Prices along the south east's rugged coastline are escalating at an annual rate of 10% per annum, and in some areas up to 40% per annum.
