Leasing consultant

This leasing consultant is committed to matching the needs of prospective tenants with properties and are available at all times that suit tenants, this differs to standard industry practice where prospective tenants are lost because property managers are unavailable. As soon as a tenant gives notice to vacate, marketing commences immediately, your property is uploaded to 4 websites for inspections at anytime of the day, importantly, we do our best to ensure a good relationship with the tenant so they will be amenable to private inspections prior to vacating, expediting the leasing of your property and minimizing vacancy.

Lease documentation
Your property manager will ensure all tenant documentation is not only in accordance with the residential tenancies act but thoroughly addresses all items pertaining to your property so that your investment is protected.
Part of the agreement will be the condition report. This report is prepared by your property manager and details the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy.
Tenants are required to pay a bond prior to the commencement of the lease, this is to provide for any damage that may occur during the course of the tenancy. We ensure that the bond is lodged with the rental bond board.
A letter is forwarded to you once the agreement is finalised confirming details of the tenancy.
