The N G Farah Project Marketing division was established in Sydney in 1998, when the Company launched its’ first project “off the plan” known as Bay Gardens in Maroubra beach, on behalf of Toga Group. All 100 properties were successfully sold off the plan in record time. This project and the successful sales strategy implemented by Dennis Vertzayias and the N G Farah project marketing team pioneered ‘off plan’ selling in South Eastern Sydney.

Over the following decade, N G Farah Project Marketing exclusively managed and sold thousands of new apartments and homes ‘off the plan’ across NSW (and South East QLD) which included many ‘high profile’ projects.  The Company is today considered one of Australia’s most experienced and consistently performing project marketers, specialising in new development and project sales.

The Company’s Directors share in excess of 120 years of extensive Real Estate experience and combined personal sales of $10 billion, making them one of Australia’s most experienced team of property professionals under ‘one roof’.

For every new project undertaken, the specialist project marketing sales division on the ground is supported by several N G Farah sales offices maximising local exposure plus affiliated network agents in China and South East Asia, providing massive global exposure.

The Company today retains one of Sydney’s largest purchaser databases. With a '6 star' service philosophy, the Company has a reputation for providing amongst the ‘highest standards of service’ in the industry.  “We will only represent ‘one’ major project in a specific geography at any given time, to eliminate any cross over/competition and enable us to dedicate 100% of our resources, expertise and database of buyers to only one project at any one time …”

All projects are exclusively managed by Director - Peter Goulding around the clock, including a 'hands on' presence in the day to day sales process, engaging the market place... "We see this front line purchaser engagement as the most fundamental part of the sales process", and whilst most other companies would provide a more junior, less experienced sales agent, we will provide the Company's Managing Director, also being the regions most experienced and accomplished sales agent with 24 years selling experience and a genuine interest for the BEST commercial outcome for the project.

The N G Farah Project Marketing division were acknowledged as one of Australia’s ‘fastest growing business’ by BRW. The Company reported over $200 million in ‘off plan’ sales in the South East region of Sydney last year.


Peter Goulding - Director

Peter Goulding was ‘born and bred’ on Sydney’s eastern beaches. He is passionate about his coastal lifestyle and brings an enormous level of project experience and a relaxed, cool headed approach to the management process and strategy.

His close relations and natural ability to comfortably engage a prospect are all fundamental to his sales success.  He has represented amongst the regions most prominent new developments and clients. Peter also has an extensive network of clients and purchasers from the broader eastern suburbs community. Peter's core values are based on empathy, honesty, integrity and a ‘hands on’ personalised service and communication.

As a joint Director of the Project Marketing division, Peter has been at the front line of N G Farah Project Marketing since its’ inception consistently delivering record results for his clients and playing a fundamental role in the exponential growth of the N G Farah Project Marketing business.
